Communication as an art of expression

Communication is an art of expression that differs from person to person. It usually varies based on individual preferences, and today, with technology, this activity happens much faster. It is a way through which individuals appear to share thoughts and experiences they come across in life. Each individual carries the power of differing opinions. The process of perceiving and giving information can be distinctive for humans.

In Indian society, there is often silence if disagreements take place. The parameters of communication are set as a rule, but self-expression remains unlimited. Indians have a natural phenomenon of expressing themselves. They find appreciation when they are applauded while speaking something positive—especially about the nation. Today, this phenomenon has grown to a larger extent. People living in different countries overseas also appreciate Indian culture. In terms of thought process, Indians are a unique species. They have convincing skills and are often humorously called “Draamebaaz” or “Nautanki” for their expressive mannerisms. When Indians are eating their meal at the dining table, they don’t usually begin without first starting a conversation. Indians, as individuals, have a strong talent for getting things done through talk. We often develop contacts through conversation. If we have to get work done, we seek a solution, but we will not compromise. This in-built process is present in us since birth. Today, India and Indian culture are gaining importance and respect day by day. This feature of “breaking the ice” has made Indians stand out from others. Without hesitation or fear, when Indians open up, they are anxious and eager to start conversations with others. It is also present in Indians to charm people and carry forward emotions or feelings in such a way that others around become curious and look to see who that person is. For example, if you see an Indian salesman or saleswoman, they often have the art of convincing, not stopping until the other person is tempted to buy the product. So, the whole scenario of Indians largely depends on communication. It often acts as a key element in all activities. However, in business meetings or urgent matters, it becomes obligatory to follow rules and be formal. Moreover, communication is a way to stimulate your mind. Persuasion has become an artistic and cultivated form of thought. And it’s not hidden—Indians have the talent of talk, the attribute of building relationships through conversation. Although they take full details of others’ identities and seek clarity before proceeding further in any journey, the clearance of information is a necessary step in this process. Trust acts as the foundation, and accomplishing that trust is the goal. Indians follow a protocol of learning and gaining experiences and exposure throughout life.

Technology and Communication

In 2020, technology became a critical tool to scale businesses through communication during a life-threatening global situation. Solutions through tech became the lifeline. The popularity of this systematic life process increased during the widespread impact of COVID-19. At that time, the Indian telecom industry grew at a rapid pace. The industry used different methods to attract users—subscribers, SIM cards, offers. It was a wave of innovation by companies aiming to reach every corner of the country through modified operations and wide integration. “Limited energy” is a term often misused for mobile phones, which is not entirely accurate. The word “mobile” comes from “mobility,” meaning the ability to move from one place to another

Meaning of Business and Role of Communication

The word business means to be busy or engaged in a particular activity, product, or commodity. Nowadays, the Indian telecom industry is one of the most powerful resources of communication. In the past few years, both India and Indians have been very successful in growing businesses and generating large revenues. Today, telecom and communication are expanding widely. Organizations attract customers through various schemes and offers. These organizations have now become an inseparable part of everyday life. Communication even gives us moderate gains in entertainment and knowledge.
