My opinion responsibility has to be share equally by both both the men and women have to get a chance to become sepparate identity for children equal contributions of men is given to their women to fly and to succeed career with full support as we are seen today, they both be the land of opportunities for each other both support and give respect to each other ideas and thoughts value for each other is become equally important over the period of time they find solution with different perspective based on the situation, but ideas and thoughts carry solution with the problem that they face in life a the two partners act as a balancing wheel for each other they feel presents of each other in a compressing goals, and objectives
Both of them are surrounded by each other in establishing themselves as a separate identity, which are incomplete without each other equal value and and respect is given while sharing the opinion and thoughts work related to both compromise is not a word to be used in 21st century for the growth of career it is equally important to follow supportive relationship for the growth of an individual as a whole promotion of this idea from individual to develop as a separate identity it is a process that follow schedule, which is very time consuming, the success of individual depends on this process, both man and woman surrounded by each other.
